We visited the amazing dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point yesterday. "Visited" like a visiting teacher who catches you at the grocery store for a moment and "jokingly" says she's counting it for the month. Bridget and I were dressed and ready to go when she pooped her pants. Nicole (Harmer) helped me see the bright side - at least she's doing that BEFORE we leave the house. :) In my hurry to finally get out the door I left the stroller behind. Of course Bridget can walk and even run, but I needed a cage to put her in once in a while. Without the cage, she ran through all the exhibits at full speed. She did pause for the dig and to dance on the Dino Scale with Clara and Ashley for a minute. (And Bridget and Clara were pretty eager to climb into that shark's mouth. The lighting in the museum is awful, so all my non-flash pictures were really blurry.) These outings are always worth it, though. One day I'll go through the museum at a slower pace and marvel at everything I haven't discovered.
(P.S. I'm hoping Harrison will be my Dinosaur Museum buddy since they're going to live in Salt Lake for a whole year! We're so excited!)
