She could have meant a different Nicole, but I think my cousin-in-law (that's a thing, right?), Jessica, tagged me. I was going to post about my cheapness, but that's out since I went to the Park City outlets with my Mom and my sister, Melissa, today. I entered the J Crew Outlet Store during hour four of the extravaganza (we had three toddlers with us). And I hadn't eaten. Just like there are some days Bridget isn't potty trained, today I wasn't cheap.
Four Random Things I Like About My Husband/Best Friend:
1. When he can't remember the name of something, he'll make it up. As in, "What's the name of that guy on 'Happy Days'? Chautsie?" And my all-time favorite, "You know, that Snaggle-Tooth girl from The Little Prairie House." (He was talking about Laura Ingalls. I know, blaspheme.)
2. He will eat every bite of anything his Mom, my Mom, or my Grandma Shirley offers him, no matter how old or questionable. (One time my Mom offered him a 10 year-old ice cream sandwich from my Grandma's freezer that she was cleaning. He ate it.)
3. He always notices when I'm having a good hair day.
4. When Bridget wakes up in the middle of the night, he's the one who takes care of her 98% of the time.
Four Jobs I've Had:
1. Photographer at Lagoon. (I was the one taking your picture and putting it into that tiny box for your key chain.)
2. Server of Fine Coffee at Gloria Jean's Coffee Bean. ("Uh, Nini? Do you smell coffee?" "Only every minute of every day, Robby.")
3. Janitor of the Smith Building at what will always be Ricks College to me.
4. Sandwich artist at Cutler's at Five Points. (Not to be confused with Cutler's at Burger King.)
Four Movies I've Seen More Than Once:
1. Karate Kid (You could turn the sound down and still catch most of the words if I'm in the room.)
2. The Princess Bride
3. Alice in Wonderland (the Disney one - not some weird indie version or something)
4. What's Up, Doc
Four TV Shows I Watch:
1. Mad Men
2. House
3. Project Runway
4. The Office
Four Places I've Been:
1. Almost the U.S. / Mexican border when I thought we were going to the San Diego Temple.
2. Robert E. Lee's house. (The Confederate one AND the Yankee one.)
3. The roller coaster on top of the Stratosphere in Las Vegas. Great. Now I'm sick to my stomach.
4. A white-out snow storm on a bridge near Leadville, Colorado, driving in a car with the most miserable human being I've ever known. (Curiouser and curiouser.)
Four People Who E-Mail Me Regularly:
1. J Crew
2. Mom
3. Anthropologie
4. Gymboree
Four of My Favorite Foods:
1. Italian Stuffed Shells
2. Chicken Divan (made by me, since some people think the curry is optional)
3. Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
4. Fajitas
Four Places I'd Like to Visit:
1. Greece
2. Holland (have you ever seen those pictures of the fields and fields full of tulips?)
3. France (the REAL France - not just the Eiffel Tower)
4. Chatsworth House, Derbyshire, England
Four Things I'm Looking Forward to This Year:
1. The day after my Christmas piano recital.
2. Having my sister, Katy, and her family here for Christmas.
3. Dressing Bridget up for Halloween.
4. My 12th wedding anniversary next month. We're going out to breakfast!
Four People I Tag:
Since I'm always the one to break a good chain, feel free to not accept being tagged. Even though you are it.
1. Jennie
2. RCH
3. Angie
4. Melissa

Hold the fort here!!! When did the J Crew outlet come to Park City? That might be reason enough for me to move back to Utah!
I was literally going to ask the same thing as Maren!! When did J. Crew get an outlet store. Time for a small trip up to PC!
It was you... good catch! I'm glad you did it! I'd like to see "Pemberly" too...
Ok, I did mine. I'm so excited that Katy is coming to your house for Christmas. That will be fun.
I totally remember the snaggle-tooth story. So funny.
The new background is pretty.
