I'm summing up the Christmas parties and Christmas Day because I'm so excited to post about ice skating today. So, in conclusion...
A HUGE family party in Ogden with cousins everywhere. Since my Mom and Aunt Julie were the brains of this operation, I chose this picture to represent (they're helping the kids decorate cookies - that's Jeremy and Brian talking about guns and stuff in the background):
Christmas morning at our house - all of Bridget's dreams came true. I'm totally living vicariously with Bridget's new kitchen. I wanted one so bad when I was little. Instead, I was playing "restaurant" with Kellie in the sage brush. (Kenny always ordered the shicken.)
Then we went to Grandma's house where the Christmas Attitude reared it's ugly head for a few minutes. I remember moments like these from the nieces and nephews, but I didn't have to take them home with me.
And there's more where that came from if you go to the dance with me. Here's Bridget complaining about cousins checking out her presents (she couldn't hold all of them at the same time - it was a problem).
There were also some good times, of course. :) We even caught Santa and Mrs. Claus in the background in this shot. "JUST HEAR THOSE SLEIGH BELLS RINGING AND JING-JING-JINGLING, TOO." Good thing we're opening awesome prizes from Dena and Darin and I'm distracted from putting those two trouble-makers on top of the fridge.
Doesn't Belle look cheerful? How cute are these little girl doll versions of the Disney princesses? Except that trashy Ariel.
Christmas is a hard day when you don't know what's going on and it messes up your nap time.
We came home and put Bridget's new kitchen up in the corner downstairs. Joy to the world.
The end.

What a CUTE kitchen! I want to get my daughter one too (maybe next year), since I never had one as a kid. Glad you had a good Christmas!
Nathan's face is awesome! Bridget's livin' large with that kitchen. Luckeeeee.
Love the pictures and the facial expressions in all. Ha! I'm dying to see the pictures of her ice skating - I bet they're award winning!
Oh my gosh! The baby crying picture made me laugh. I am a horrible person.
Happy New Year, Nicole!
