Bridget and I had so much fun putting together a table last week, that I decided to do it again. This time we took our colors from Snow White's dress. The Snow White and Dopey salt and pepper shakers are from Disneyland back in 2000 (remember that, Adam and Dana?). Bridget kept asking me if she needed to move Snow White for me. While I was taking photos she was singing "Almost There" from "The Princess and the Frog" and waving a fork around. It was a dangerous photo shoot for me.
I don't know if it was the shine coming off Snow White and Dopey, but I could not make my camera focus on them.
Look at that melon on Dopey. "It's like an orange on a stick!"
The black tea cups are part of my treasure - one of them has a broken handle. I love the shape on those plates.
The piano-shaped teapot is from my bff, Kellie. I've protected it with my life for the last 18 years or so. (Gross. Eighteen years?!)
The china is Grandma Carol's. It's in pretty good shape and I'm discovering that it goes with just about everything. The glass salad plates underneath (some of them must have broken because there were five) are also Grandma's.
I plan to use that fabric for a Hawaiian quilt. Won't that be delicious?!

Hi, what a nice idea to have a piano shaped tea pot. And your cups match perfect to this. Mr. Donkey looks quite happy about the kiss of Snowhite.
Greetings, Johanna
I love this table spread! And I'm loving Princess and the Frog lately. Abbey's been really helpful in the kitchen lately and mostly cleans up dishes and makes meals when she plays :)
LOL about your "dangerous photo shoot"! What a fun table to put together, with Snow White as inspiration! Love that darling teapot -- what a treasure!
how cute is that?

Your tables are inspiring to me. I want to start getting things to decorate my own tables! I love the Snow White and Dopey salt shakers, and I really love that teapot. All wonderful.
That is a fun table, Nicole! I especially love the piano teapot!
Blessings, Beth

I'm working on a tablescape (inspired by you) for my mom's
60th birthday bash (inspired by you) that will take place next Friday. It's going to be a lovely party as we all eat at a lovely table. Thanks so much for you inspiration Nicole! You're on talented gal.
