Family History Photos of the Week: New Baby Makenzie 1982

My youngest sister Makenzie is turning 30 on Sunday!  It's a big deal.  I found a couple of very early photos of her, so that's what you're getting today.
That's me holding Makenzie.  She looks so much like her own babies.  How about that. :)
This would have been a month or so later on Makenzie's blessing day.  She needs a bow in her hair!  But the dress is very cute and the booties are adorable.

Makenzie's birthday was always a very big deal when she was little.  She used to talk about it months ahead of time and get so excited about everything we were going to do to celebrate.  Infectious!  In a good way, of course.  Birthdays tend to get less awesome as time goes on, but I hope the 30th is a good one, Makenzie. :)

Remember the time Kenzie came home from school on her birthday wearing a crown, not saying anything to see if anyone would ask about it? So cute!
