Having a birthday close to Father's Day is no big deal until you're a dad, then you get the shaft. Brian has this problem. Combine that with a birthday less than a week from BRIDGET'S BIRTHDAY (which is the biggest of big deals) and it increases the likelihood of Mama forgetting something by 50%. We celebrated Father's Day at Grandma and Grandpa's house and sang Happy Birthday to Brian over cheesecake (no candles - candles are for losers).
Emil B. crawling across the table we were about to put food on. I left them in their Sunday clothes to go to Grandma's. Duh.
This is how the big kids (Abby, Bridget and Nate) do at Grandma's house.
Can you see the size of Bridget's ring? And the Chuck E. Cheese medal? For getting out of there alive, I guess.
Brothers and also fathers. (Hal, Brian, and Kyle.)
This is what Dads do. A friend told me recently that having twins is like drowning in the middle of the ocean and someone tosses you a baby. True. :)

My mom's birthday is often times on Mother's Day. Sucks.
